My name is Erik Grohmann, and I am a Registered Dietitian, former Marine infantryman, and endurance athlete.

Nutrition is my passion, and I’ve made it my mission to help driven individuals optimize their nutrition so they can perform at a higher level and conquer whatever challenges they set their sights on.

Instead of simply telling you what to eat, I teach you how to eat, building practical, sustainable habits that support performance, recovery, longevity, and everyday life.

I believe in doing everything we can to add years to our lives, but more importantly, life to our years.
